To ensure smooth processing, please read our cancellation policy carefully.
Before Dispatch

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever comes first.

To cancel your order, please contact us immediately through our website, email, or WhatsApp with your Order ID.

If payment has already been made, a refund will be issued through the original payment method (excluding any transaction or service charges).
After Dispatch

Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

In such cases, you may refer to our Return and Exchange Policy (if applicable) after receiving the parcel.
Refusal to Accept Parcel

If a customer refuses to accept the parcel upon delivery without a valid reason, they may be blacklisted from placing future orders.

Any shipping or handling charges will not be refunded.
Order Modification

Changes to orders (such as address updates, item replacements, etc.) are only possible before dispatch.

Once shipped, no modifications can be made.
